Surgery Preparedness Kit
Each patient receives a Surgery Prep Kit that includes:
• surgery healing supplement developed and manufactured in the USA by Dr. Stevane
• ice/heat packs
• lip moisturizer
• detailed instructions for final preparations the day before surgery

General Surgery Evaluation
Dr. Stevane is an actively practicing, board certified, general surgeon who treats the following:
• benign and cancerous breast disease
• benign and cancerous skin lesions
• gallbladder problems
• hemorrhoids and anal fissures
• inguinal/umbilical/ventral/incisional hernias
• lumps and bumps such as sebaceous cysts, lipomas, breast and scalp cysts, and pilonidal cysts
• complex wound care
• “combo cases” with other surgical specialties such as plastic surgery
She offers robotic and laparoscopic surgery when appropriate.

Second Opinion
A high-level personalized discussion in a safe, non-judgemental space for anyone who would like a second opinion for any type of surgery. Dr. Stevane will discuss in detail your symptoms, need for surgery, and concerns about surgery, results, or recovery.
The “second opinion” gives you an opportunity to have the full attention of a surgeon and ask any and all questions you may have about surgery, have an open, secure discussion of concerns, and to feel seen and heard.

Holistic Surgical Care Package
No one should feel alone going into surgery, no one should feel unprepared, and, in general, surgeons do not optimize the mind, body, and spirit of the patient.
Dr. Stevane and the surgical patient take a deep dive into the mind, body, and soul of the patient, and how that has been affected by their surgical health problem, as well as how surgery and recovery will affect the whole of them. She then combines her intimate knowledge of surgery and the operating room with improving patient pain, sleep, stress, energy, nutrition, diet, and microbiome with evidence-based holistic means before and after surgery. This approach not only empowers the patient, but this reduces risks, improves outcomes, and accelerates recovery.
This package includes:
• four one-on-one hour long discussions/planning sessions with Dr. Stevane
• curated holistic treatment programs to improve on the patient’s sleep, stress, nutrition, diet, microbiome, and overall inflammatory state prior to surgery
• evidence-based modalities
• two one-hour long sessions occur before surgery and two after
• additional sessions are available at $300/hour if the patient needs more guidance or support

• home or office visits
