In this complimentary 15 minute discussion, you and Dr. Stevane will review your health and surgical needs, discuss the surgical wellness tenets of sleep, stress, nutrition, diet, microbiome, and inflammation, and provide an overview of how her novel, holistic-based patient coaching approach may or may not benefit you.

General Surgery Evaluation
Dr. Stevane is an actively practicing, board certified, general surgeon who treats the following:
• benign and cancerous breast disease
• benign and cancerous skin lesions
• gallbladder problems
• hemorrhoids and anal fissures
• inguinal/umbilical/ventral/incisional hernias
• lumps and bumps such as sebaceous cysts, lipomas, breast and scalp cysts, and pilonidal cysts
• complex wound care
• “combo cases” with other surgical specialties such as plastic surgery
She offers robotic and laparoscopic surgery when appropriate.

Second Opinion
Experience a high-level personalized discussion in a safe, non-judgemental space for anyone who would like a second opinion for any type of surgery. Dr. Stevane will discuss with you, in detail your concerns about surgery, results, or recovery.
The “second opinion” gives you an opportunity to have the full attention of a surgeon and ask any and all questions you may have about surgery, have an open, secure discussion of concerns, and to feel seen and heard.
You'll find relief having answers to questions, gain a better understanding of the surgical process, and feel empowered to make the right decision for yourself.

Holistic Surgical Care Coaching Package
No one should feel alone going into surgery. No one should feel unprepared. Introducing the nation's first Surgeon-Led Surgical Wellness Coaching Package.
Over hour long sessions before and after surgery, Dr. Stevane and the surgical patient take a deep dive into the mind, body, and soul of the patient, and how that has been affected by their surgical health problem, as well as how surgery and recovery will affect the whole of them. She then combines her intimate knowledge of surgery (positioning, anesthesia used, tools used, etc) and the operating room with improving patient pain, sleep, stress, energy, nutrition, diet, inflammation, and microbiome with evidence-based holistic means before and after surgery. This approach not only empowers the patient, but this reduces risks, improves outcomes, and accelerates recovery.
This package includes:
• four one-on-one hour long surgical wellness coaching sessions with Dr. Stevane
• curated personalized holistic treatment program to improve on the patient’s surgical health and overall inflammatory state prior to surgery
• evidence-based modalities
• two one-hour long coaching sessions occur before surgery and two after
• additional sessions are available at $300/hour if the patient needs more guidance or support

Concierge Surgical Care
For any surgical patient who wants a full preparation for surgery with a science-based holistic approach to reduce surgical risk, improve outcomes, and accelerate recovery, all with with a luxury experience that optimizes their time and minimizes their stress.
The most comprehensive deep dive into surgical health with:
• home or office visits
• coordination of appointments for all therapeutic elements such as IV treatments, massage, acupuncture, and reiki
• two weeks of anti-inflammatory food prepared by a private chef
• highest level access to Dr. Stevane for the 4 weeks prior to surgery and 8 weeks after
