Holistic Surgical Care Coaching Session

Service Description

This is a 1:1 deep dive with Dr. Stevane into your holistic surgical health, as well as her learning more about you as a person and the details of your daily life, and discussing the impact of upcoming (or past) surgery. Using the surgical wellness tenets of sleep, stress, nutrition, diet, microbiome, and inflammation, you and she will form a personalized plan to optimize your surgical health. This can be for one time only or part of the holistic surgical care coaching program.
